With just that, the human pelvis is normalized by the force of gravity.
And when the human pelvis is normalized, all biological functions
based on the pelvis will be normalized by the force of gravity.
If you turn it over, humans use the L-shaped sitting method to
disperse gravity on the thighs, so the important pelvis is tilted and all
biological functions are destroyed like building blocks.

The only and greatest law in this world (earth) is gravity.
Therefore, everything in this world is made up of gravity.
Natural objects such as soil, sand, rocks, air, seawater, and

Life of microorganisms, viruses, insects, fish, shellfish, birds, animals, etc.
Human artifacts such as houses, buildings, automobiles, trains, and airplanes.
And, of course,
the human body is also designed and built under the law of gravity.
That is why humans with large brains were designed as erect
bipedalism.
And the skull protects and supports the large and heavy brain.
And around the brain,
there are eye, ear, and nose sensing functions.
The cervical spine supports the weight of those heads, and the
thoracic spine supports the cervical spine.
The thoracic spine connects to the ribs,
which protect the lungs and heart.
And those weights are supported by the diaphragm.
The thoracic spine is connected to the lumbar spine, and the lumbar
spine is supported by the sacrum at the bottom of the spine.
The cervical spine, thoracic spine, and lumbar spine (spine) are
curved in an S shape to withstand gravity.
And the sacrum at the bottom of the spine is driven into the left and
right hip bones like a wedge.
The pelvis is the union of the trinity bones.
By the way,
there is a delicate range of motion between the sacrum and the left
and right hip bones, and this part is called the sacroiliac joint.
The trinity pelvis, which encloses the sacroiliac joint, protects the
large intestine, small intestine, rectum, urinary system, and genital
organs, and at the same time acts as a gravitational saucer.
Then, the head of the femur fits into the depression of the left and
right hip bones of the pelvis, forming a hip joint and connecting to
the leg skeleton.
As a result, a human with an erect bipedal body can live a healthy
life in harmony with gravity.
However, unlike animals that live only by instinct, we have adopted a
lifestyle that is hostile to gravity because only humans have the will.
That is the L-shaped sitting method that distributes gravity
to the thighs.
In conclusion, humans should sit in the I-sitting method, which
concentrates gravity on the left and right ischia at the lowest point of
the pelvis.
Above all, the pelvis is designed to maintain the balance of the Trinity
by concentrating gravity on the left and right ischia.
As long as the pelvis, which is the basis of physical gravity, is
horizontal and healthy, the lumbar spine, thoracic spine, ribs,
cervical spine, shoulder joints, skull, tooth occlusion, intracostal
organs, intrapelvic organs, peripelvic circulatory organs, and hip
joints・ It does not chain to abnormalities in the knee joint.
In other words, human beings keep all biological functions healthy
as long as the pelvis is kept healthy on the earth where 1G gravity
works.
The L-sitting culture that human society has accidentally spread must
be renewed into the I-sitting culture.
This is something the world should work on as one.
But for that, first of all, please devise and start the I-shaped sitting
method.
If you keep doing that, your pelvis will become more and more
normal.
Then your pelvic-based biological functions will continue to
normalize.
It is nothing but your body reconciling with the gravity of the earth.

★ If you use the I-sitting method that blends with gravity, the pelvis of
