Sitting Revolution
 
 Human society has mishandled the culture of sitting, allowing gravity to run amok and keeping us stuck in a universal disease spiral. It is the culture of “soft sitting,” typified by soft sofas. When humans sit deeply on such soft seating, the lowest point of the pelvis, the sciatic bone, loses its contact point (landing point) and the pelvis tilts backward, generally sinking around the hip axis. When the pelvis tilts even slightly, gravity runs rampant, resulting in pelvic dysplasia, sacral dysplasia, spinal dysplasia, rib dysplasia, dental dysplasia, visceral dysplasia, blood flow dysfunction, lymphatic dysfunction, capillary dysfunction, and hip dysfunction, and the dominoes fall over like dominoes.

 On the other hand, if the foundation of the human body or building is level, gravity, the greatest law and force in the world, provides normalization and stabilization. The pelvis is the foundation of gravity, moving forces, and biological functions of the human body. The pelvis is a trinity with the sacrum, which is built into the left and right hip bones like a wedge. The pelvis is balanced and level only when it sits with the left and right sitting bones as the center of gravity. This is why the pelvis is designed so that when sitting on a hard seat, the sit bones first touch the floor.

 When young and healthy, the pelvic floor muscles are healthy and elastic, so even when sitting on a hard wooden chair with a sciatic center of gravity, the pelvis stands sound and level, and all biological functions supported by the pelvis are kept sound by the positive action of gravity. This is why the pelvis is sound and level.

 However, as people age, their pelvic floor muscles deteriorate, and when they sit on hard wooden chairs, the sciatic bone is the first to be hit, causing sciatic nerve pain. This has led human society to adopt a culture of soft seating, such as sofas. This is what caused the pelvis to tilt, which is a very important biofunctional foundation, and led to all kinds of biofunctions falling like dominoes.

 Therefore, the longer a person sits in such a seat, the more likely he or she will suffer from all kinds of diseases and incurable illnesses due to abnormalities in all biological functions. Cartoonists, novelists, musicians, old people, cab drivers....

 When I was 60 years old, I accidentally sat on a special elastic cushion processed into a semicircle, and my long-suffering back pain was cured within three months. I was so impressed that I continued to sit on the cushion, and within another three months, the stiffness in my shoulders, which I had also suffered from for many years, was completely cured. After another six months, his teeth, metabolic syndrome, and coldness were also completely cured. In other words, I had been sitting on that cushion every time I sat down since I was 60 years old, and one year later, at the age of 61, I was almost completely cured of all my illnesses, which has continued until today, when I am 70 years old.

 My mission is to renew the sitting culture that humanity has mistakenly spread.
